Job Description for Chartered Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice and professional services related to accounting, taxation, and financial reporting. The Chartered Accountant will also be responsible for managing client engagements, preparing financial statements, and filing tax returns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Prepare financial statements and related reports
• Perform accounting functions, such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processing
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Manage tax planning and preparation of tax returns
• Advise clients on financial and taxation matters
• Maintain client records
• Assist in audits and other assurance services

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant designation
• Proven experience as a Chartered Accountant
• Knowledge of accounting and taxation regulations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• A strong customer service focus
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Excel
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
