At Brandstory, we are looking for an experienced Group Account Manager to join our team. The Group Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our clients and partners, ensuring the highest levels of quality and customer service.


  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and partners
  • Handling client inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Developing and executing strategic marketing plans to increase revenue for our clients
  • Analyzing and reporting on account performance and trends
  • Negotiating terms and rates with clients and partners
  • Developing and managing budgets for assigned accounts
  • Building and managing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Utilizing data-driven insights to make decisions on enhancement strategies


  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the field of advertising, marketing, or media
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies
  • Strong knowledge of digital, television, radio, and print media
  • Ability to work with all levels of an organization
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • High level of creativity, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
